non-members who may use our services, unless it is permitted by law. 

If Our Relationship Ends 

If you decide to terminate your membership in the Credit Union, by closingyour accounts or you
become a non-member/non-user of our services, we will adhere to allof the privacy policies and
practices that are described within this notice. 

Confidentiality And Security 

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards, which arein compliance with federal
standards to guard your nonpublic information. We also restrict accessof your nonpublic information
to the “employees who need to know it,” in order to provide productsor services to you. 

Protecting Your Own Information 

Did You Know you have the right to inform the National Consumer ReportingAgencies (Credit
Bureaus) that you do not want personal information shared for marketingpurposes, call their toll freenumber 1-800-353-0809. 

To erase your name from direct mailing and / or telemarketing listsyou must write to the Direct
Marketing Association at both of the following addresses and ask thatyour name be deleted from
any lists that they sell.
