Pay Your Bills Online. Hoya FCU offers online bill payment, so you can enjoy the freedom of paying your bills whenever and wherever you are. Bill Pay is free to members enrolled in eStatements, and just $5.00 per month for members not enrolled in eStatments. With Bill Pay you can pay and track all of your bills online - avoiding the need to write checks, mail payments or buy stamps.
